5 huge details from GTA 6 map project v0.047

The GTA 6 map project has been running for over two years now, and fans have already discovered a lot from the upcoming game. The project was launched after Grand Theft Auto 6 was first leaked in September 2022, and is currently at version 0.047.

Although Rockstar Games has yet to reveal a full map for the upcoming game, the GTA 6 map project gave a rough idea of the open world. This article lists five important details that can be gleaned from the fan-made map so far.

Five interesting details in GTA 6 map project v0.047

1) Rest of Leonidas

Although the first Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer The GTA 6 map project has some good news for fans by showing us some areas of Vice City and an unnamed location in Leonidas. The project maps multiple other locations based on leaks and trailers from September 2022.

While Vice City will be the main attraction in the upcoming map, the map project also revealed the following areas:

2) New details for Gellhorn Port

Gellhorn Harbor is considered one of the main locations in Grand Theft Auto 6. While Rockstar Games has yet to officially introduce the region, the GTA 6 Map Project has provided a rough layout.

Originally, Gellhorn Harbor was thought to be a plain area in the northwest corner of the map. However, grand theft auto 6 Mapping project v0.047 shows that it has a partially enclosed body of water with various important facilities nearby.

The project also states that the above scene (image) in the first trailer takes place in Gellhorn Harbor.

3) The location of the leaked clip

this Greater Toronto Area Six leaks in September 2022 included 90 unfinished gameplay clips that gave us a very early look at the upcoming game. While the leaked content doesn’t include a map, the GTA 6 Map Project is able to mark locations in the leaked footage.

It’s also worth noting that the leaked clip is the first source of development for the upcoming open world.

4) Locations from the first trailer

Immediately after the release of the first official trailer, the GTA 6 Map Project was able to mark where certain scenes in the video took place. The team was also able to determine where on the map the above scene (image) occurred.

Rockstar Games includes several locations from Vice City as well as some from Gellhorn Harbor, Flamingo Beach, Crocodile Island, and other locations. However, we will have to wait Grand Theft Auto 6 released Know for sure.
