For more than seven years, an Islamic State-backed insurgency has raged through Cabo Delgado, Mozambique, completely upending life in this resource-rich coastal province. John Eligon, the New York Times’ Johannesburg bureau chief, traveled the province to speak with people trying to rebuild their lives.
