Damage CTRL members will compete in a historic match tonight on RAW. Before the game starts, Bronson Reed announced his support for her.

Dakota Kai has come a long way since joining Damage CTRL alongside Bayley and IYO SKY. Sadly, her career has been plagued by injuries that have continued to plague her. However, she now has a chance to redeem herself.

Dakota Kai competed in the match to crown the first-ever Women’s Intercontinental Champion. She defeated Katana Chance and Shayna Baszler in the first round of the competition, and defeated Zoey Stark in the semifinals. Tonight on RAW, she will face off in the finals Lyra Valkyrie.

Ahead of the historic match, Auszilla broke away from his heel image and announced his support for the babyface Damage CTRL member on social media.

“Tonight we’re in the @ImKingKota corner #WWERaw,” Reed wrote.

Bronson Reed gives latest update on his injury

Bronson Reed went on a devastating path last year and his career appears to be heading in the right direction. He injured Seth Rollins on RAW and viciously attacked R-Truth and The Miz before meeting Braun Strowman’s opponent.

At Survivor Series: War Games, Reed joined the team of The New Bloods. During the game, he was injured and has been unable to compete since. He also previously revealed that his injury required surgery and that he would not be able to recover in time for the Royal Rumble or WrestleMania 41.

Recently, Reid took to social media to let his fans know He’s upgraded from actor to boots, and he’s making progress.

“Upgrading from cast to boot. Still no weight bearing, but hey, progress is progress,” he wrote.
