Shakur Stevenson is convinced challenger Floyd Schofield may pull out of the February 22 fight and pull out of the fight with some sort of dream excuse.

Schofield (18-0, 12 KOs) doesn’t seem afraid of Stevenson, though, and he sounds confident that he can defeat Stevenson and defeat the light-smashing champion. We don’t know how Shakur will perform in the game because he just had surgery on his right hand and he still didn’t use that hand in practice last week.

The money was good and Floyd had a chance to turn himself into a star by winning.

What if Schofield was scared?

“I didn’t have to do anything extracurricular to take advantage of that. I think he was scared, and I was starting to get scared that he might quit the fight. I was training my ass off, signing, and then you guys quit the fight. That’s a real asshole bro ,” Shakur said.
