A Bolivian judge has ordered the arrest of former President Morales on charges of trafficking teenagers




A Bolivian judge ordered the arrest of the country’s former leader Evo Morales on Friday over his alleged relationship with a 15-year-old girl while in office, with whom prosecutors say he fathered a child. Morales, who has neither confirmed nor denied the allegations, says the allegations are part of an attempt to block his political comeback.
