Live: UN chief calls for ‘maximum restraint’ after deadly Israeli attacks on West Bank




United Nations chief Antonio Guterres urged Israeli security forces to exercise “maximum restraint” after launching a major operation in the West Bank city of Jenin, a spokesman said on Tuesday. 10 people were killed in the attack, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced.
