Oh my god, this controller is so small. It measures just under 3 inches by 1 inch. So cute! It’s available in eight different candy colors, including two different transparent versions—purple and teal—that remind me of the Nintendo 64 controllers of my youth. Atom is compatible with Nintendo Switch, PC, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. The best part is that it actually works. I use it for gaming Stardew Valley and Bastion on my iPhone. It is important to note that the small buttons work well, but they are very small. My thumbs sometimes stick to the D-pad instead of the left. I don’t want to complete a Skull Cavern run with Atom. But for simple or retro-style gaming, this is an excellent and very affordable portable controller that looks great on a keychain to boot. It has 10 hours of battery life and charges via USB-C.
