A look back at Jimmy Carter’s post-presidency life




America says its last goodbye to Jimmy Carter. The late US president is being honored with a state funeral in Washington this Thursday, before being buried at his home in Georgia. The Nobel Peace Prize winner died last week at the age of 100 and was the longest-serving American president in history. FRANCE 24’s Douglas Herbert looks back at Carter’s post-presidential life.
