After BGT disaster, Virat Kohli and family visit Premanand Maharaj, seek peace


Indiastar cricketer Virat Kohli He and his wife Anushka Sharma visited spiritual guru Premanand Ji Maharaj in Vrindavan Dham to seek his divine bless. Kohli and Anushka’s two children Vamika and Akaay also joined them on their journey.

In a video that went viral on social media, Virat and Anushka paid tribute to the spiritual guru and sought blessings. In the video, Anushka Sharma talks to Premanand Maharaj and asks him to give them bhakti.

“Last time we came here, I had some questions in my mind. I thought I was going to ask something, but everyone sitting there has asked you similar questions. It’s like I’m talking to you in our own heads ,” said Anushka.

“The next day, I open Ekantik Vartalap (premanand’s sermon live online) and someone or other will ask the same question. I want to ask you to give us prem-bhakti,” she added.

Premanand Maharaj’s reply to Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli

Premanand Maharaj delivered a heartfelt reply on the occasion and appreciated the achievement of the celebrity couple. He said it was difficult for someone with such fame to return to faith, but praised the power couple’s lifestyle.

“You both are very brave. It is very difficult to turn to bhakti (devotion) to achieve all this in the world. I think you will definitely get the answer because of your devotion,” he replied.

During this period, Virat Kohli was seen with his daughter Vamika, while Anushka Sharma was seen with Akhay. This is the second time that Kohli and Anushka are visiting Premanand Maharaj. They also visited him earlier in January 2023.

Virat Kohli’s poor batting form against Australia

Virat Kohli also visited Vrindavan after the Border-Gavaskar Trophy where he had a tough time with the bat. He scored just 190 runs in five Tests series The average is 23.75.
