Gabriel Isaih Stokes, 27, was driving a car in Santa Monica that was flagged by a license plate reader as " stolen vehicleaccording to the department. He was found in possession of a stolen California ID, other fake IDs, burglary tools, a black beanie, a ski mask and large bags, police said.
