Boxing Results: Eric Priest defeats Tyler “The Hunk” Howard


Undefeated middleweight Eric Priest defends Tyler “Herc” Howard on Thursday night at Commerce Casino in Commerce, Calif. Howard took a boxing lesson that helped him win all ten rounds for the vacant WBA continental title.

Priest, 15-0 (8) defeated Tyler “Herc” Howard 20-3 (11) in 10 rounds. In the first of the four rounds, Priest’s jab countered the oncoming Howard. In the final minute of the fourth round, Priest drew blood from Howard’s nose.

From the fifth to the tenth round, Priest gave Howard a boxing lesson. His jab worked perfectly, but Howard stepped forward but could not get around Priest’s jab. The scores are 100-90, 100-90, and 100-90 respectively.

Super featherweight southpaw Leonardo “Bazooka” Sanchez, with an impressive 8-0 (6) record, defeated Joseph “The Americas” 10-12 (6) in a six-round lopsided contest. Tiger” Cruz.

Bantamweight southpaw Jordan “Brazen Bull” Fuentes, 3-0 (0), defeated Brandon “URIEL” Badillo, 0-3-1 (0), over four rounds.

In the first two rounds, the southpaw Fuentes countered the aggressive Badillo. In the third round, Fuentes knocked Badillo down with a right hook in the last 15 seconds, and referee Ivan Guillermo gave an 8-second count.
