Co-founder of French crypto company freed after kidnapping




The Paris prosecutor’s office said Thursday that David Balland, the co-founder of French crypto company Ledger, has been freed after he was kidnapped from his home in Méreau, central France. The GIGN, an elite unit of the French gendarmerie, was among the law enforcement teams working on the case.
