Costco shareholders have flatly rejected a proposal calling for a report on the risks associated with maintaining the Diversity, equity and inclusion (Dei) The efforts in its place, said the club wholesale on Thursday.
Preliminary results show that 98% of shareholders voted against the measure, according to the company.
