
Located on the border with Russia, the Estonian city of Narva could be the ideal place of Russian President Vladimir Putin if he could plan an invasion. Only the bridge separates two countries. The population is divided: although some are members of the City Community that speaks Russian nostalgic for the past of the Soviet era, others are afraid of Moscow’s war ambitions.
