France, USA, Great Britain urge citizens to leave Goma dr. Congo as M23 battles intensify




As M23 rebels closed in on Goma, the capital in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, the US, Great Britain and France urged their nationals to leave the area. Clashes between the Congolese army and rebels have triggered a humanitarian crisis as diplomatic efforts to mediate talks between the Congolese and Rwandan leaders have failed.
