NEW YORK (Reuters) – Proxy advisory firm Glass Lewis (JO:) on Thursday recommended that Air Products and Chemicals (NYSE:) investors choose all four activist investors Mantle Ridge’s board candidate.

Mantle Ridge is asking the industrial gas company’s shareholders to elect its nominees, including its founder Paul Hilal, to a nine-member board to help improve operations and ultimately find a new the chief executive.
