Global wildlife trade: endangered cats found in Parisian apartments




Wildlife trade is one of the most profitable criminal activities in the world, after drug trafficking, human trafficking and weapons smuggling. At the end of last year, an international operation discovered 20,000 living, wildlife, including reptiles, cats, turtles and monkeys. About 365 people were arrested in connection with six different illegal networks. Here in France French authorities, they have recently found endangered cats in the Paris apartments, far from their natural habitats. Some of them are now being taken care of at the animal shelter into the feet of the legs, south of Paris.
