Haptic A hand exposure opens, meaning you use your hands with precision in Haptic applications. It works with extended range (XR) devices.
Based in Sunnyvale, California, and Athens, Greece, Hattikos came out of the Mit Evency Acciental Event in Cambride, Massachusetts. The company also announced it raised $2.7 million in funding. In this opposition, you wear one of the two hands. The exoskeleton can avoid sensing textures. It creates the sensation of Tactile Feedback, and provides Kineesthetics for learning by touch.
The exoskeleton allows you to capture objects in a virtual world at your fingertips. It is attached to your hand by a strap. The fingers of the exoskeleton are attached to your fingers. Haptic exoskeleton

It has a rise time of 12 milliseconds and a fall time of 55 milliseconds. Haptikos is said to ensure every touch and interaction feels immediate and smooth.
The Hapttikos Hand Exoskeleton has 24 degrees of freedom (DOF) per hand. It has sub-millimeter mote accuracy. And it has eight hours of continuous use, beating commercial shipping alternatives. Since the company controls every joint, it is said that users can feel the movements of life from the most gentle movements to the most complex actions.
“This is a human-machine interaction solution. You can use it for VR, AR, and ROBOTICS. We have customers who are already doing it. We don’t need to change every time we talk about it,” he said. Agriopoulos. “We see these limitations in many of the hardware solutions out there, where they use units of measurement that they have drifting effects and they have to change the system.”
The company takes AI and tailors interactions for each specific application.
Each exoskeleton includes tracking sensors and haptic sensors. Kinesthetic sensors will be added later in 2025.
In our interview, Agriopoulos said that our senses demand full support and our fingers especially need high precision. He said the exoskeleton could be used for high-dexterity training for things like surgeons in medical applications. It also has defense and manufacturing applications where engineers hold virtual objects or training for maintaining cockpits. It can track motion and technology technologies specific tasks. Machine operators also want precise finger control when they are operating machines.
Agriopoulos says the tech is seamlessly integrated. It has a sophisticated software ecosystem, advanced hardware, and an AI-Powered Software Development Kit to create virtual styles.
“But what really sets our solution apart is the right balance between performance, ease of use, and customization,” he said. “We’ve made it affordable, ensuring access to everyone who sees value in our system.”
The company has collaborated with industry leaders such as Siemens and Leonardo to refine the technology and prove its potential.
Agriopoulos, who taught a Tech pioneer, said, “As Alan Kay said, ‘people who are really serious about software should build their own hardware.’ This is our philosophy. When we started this journey, there was no hardware available to support our software framework. The company focuses on tracking research. It can track 24 degrees of freedom per hand. It also has sub-millimeter mote accuracy to each of the degrees.
“Whether it’s about a surgeon or an engineer, they have the ability to make every move they want and the system can pick up every high move,” Agriopoulos said. “So when we design the experiences, we know where each bone is placed in our system. We can more meaningfully drive and fire the subject sensors. So we see how important the level of precision is that the motion tracking provides kinesthetic feedback.”
Feedback on the experience
