Hardline minister Ben-Gvir resigns due to ceasefire




Hardline National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir and two other ministers from his nationalist-religious party resigned from Netanyahu’s cabinet over the deal, their party said on Sunday. Ben-Gvir strongly opposed the deal, calling the release of Palestinian prisoners in exchange for Israeli hostages a surrender to Hamas.
