
Pakistani captain Mohammad Rizwan opened to New Zealand’s 0-3 paint loss in the recently concluded ODI series. Rizwan said New Zealand surpassed green in all three sectors, adding that the conditions were very different from the subcontinental courts.
Pakistan ended New Zealand’s white ball tour with a 43 shot and a final ODI defeat on Saturday, April 5 in the Bay Oval in Mount Moenganui. Chasing 265 targets in a 42-rain-season match, the visiting team was beaten 221 times. It is worth noting that Pakistan also lost 1-4 in the T20I series.

Mohammad Rizwan delivered a speech in his post-match speech, highlighting some positive enthusiasm, such as Babar Azam’s regaining regained the fifties. However, Rizwan acknowledges that New Zealand is a superior side.
“It’s an important series for us. Babar Azam found a good touch in his fifties in a row, and Sufiyan Muqeem did a great job. In the final match, Naseem Shah rediscovered his rhythm with a new ball.”

New Zealand posted a total of 264/8 in 42 matches. Pakistan was defeated 221. Babar Azam scored fifty, while Abdullah Shafique (33), Rizwan (37) and Tayyab Tahir (33) contributed. After 32 matches, Pakistan has a 167/4 match rate, but the Black Hat is back in the game.
Earlier, Rhys Mariu scored his home in half a century for his second ODI, hitting 61 goals with 61 quarters and 2 sixes. He was fired by Sufiyan Muqeem. For Pakistan, Akif Javed took four wickets and Naseem Shah got two. Muqeem and Faheem Ashraf each come with a ticket gate.

Mohammad Rizwan admits that Pakistan is surpassed by New Zealand. He said there was no excuse for the series of losses. Rizwan hopes fans will find joy in the upcoming Pakistan Premier League (PSL) after the team’s recent disappointing results.
Rizwan continued: “When you lose, there aren’t many excuses. Even though we’re doing well, New Zealand is generally outperforming us.”
He concluded: “We will leave the past and look forward to the PSL. Hopefully the country will enjoy it because we are not giving them results.”
The 10th season of the Pakistan Premier League will begin on April 11. Defending champion Islamabad United will be in contact with Lahore Qalandars in the opening match of the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
