How to watch President Trump’s inauguration live from Washington, D.C.


On January 20, 2025, the nation and the world will be watching President-elect Donald Trump Vice President-elect J.D. Vance will officially begin their four-year term in the White House.

Thousands of people will flock to the U.S. Capitol to witness this historic moment firsthand. For those watching at home, Fox News Media offers a series of live broadcasts direct from Washington, D.C., as well as around-the-clock commentary for viewers.

On January 20, Fox News Channel and FoxNews.com will broadcast the inauguration ceremony live, and Trump and Vance will be officially sworn in respectively.

The swearing-in ceremony is scheduled to begin at noon.

In addition, there will be several events throughout the ceremony and other events taking place on the day Live performances by A-list celebrities, Including Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean, Kid Rock, Lee Greenwood, Village People, Rascal Flatts, Parker McCollum and more.

After the swearing-in ceremony, Trump will deliver his second inaugural address as president, followed shortly by an inaugural parade along Pennsylvania Avenue.

Later in the day, three different official inaugural balls will be held at which Trump is expected to speak; the Commander-in-Chief’s Ball, the Lady Liberty Inaugural Ball and the Starlight Ball.

Fox News Channel will broadcast the event live throughout the day Fox News The show will be based in Washington, D.C., with commentary by Fox hosts.

Trump, Vance release official portraits ahead of inauguration

At 9 a.m., Dana Perino and Bill Hemmer will take over reporting for “America’s Newsroom,” followed by Harris Faulkner hosting “Faulkner Spotlight.”

At 11 a.m., shortly before the swearing-in ceremony, Fox News Channel will air special coverage “The Inauguration of Donald Trump,” with Bret Baier and Martha McNair, through 5 p.m. Hosted by Martha MacCallum. Perrineau, Britt Hume, Harold Ford Jr., Faulkner and many others will contribute to this coverage from afternoon to evening.

Fox coverage continues late into the night, including “The Five,” “Special Report with Bret Baier”,” ““The Ingraham Corner,” “Jesse Waters Primetime,” “Hannity,” “Gutfield!”and “Fox News @ NightlyWith Trace Gallagher.
