The subtle redesign of the new state-of-the-art Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra leans on the rounded look of the iPhone, and it has the same powerful Snapdragon 9 Elite SoC processor and 12GB of RAM as the S25 and S25+, but the S25 Ultra has an industry-leading 50MP ultra-wide lens for detailed landscape photos. The S25 Ultra borrows the cutting-edge ProScaler real-time image quality enhancement technology from Samsung’s line of TVs, which upscales the S25 Ultra’s images to QHD quality. The opening price of the S25 Ultra has not been revealed yet.
