‘Masters of torture’: former hostage Louis Arnaud shares a brutal two-year torture in Iran’s Evin prison




Recently freed hostage Louis Arnaud talks about his traumatic two-year ordeal in Iran’s Evin prison in an exclusive interview with Stuart Norval for FRANCE 24. Arnaud, a banking consultant in his 30s, was sentenced to five years in prison last year on national security charges after was arrested while traveling through Iran. It has been taking place since September 2022, with French President Emmanuel Macron calling on Tehran to release three other Frenchmen “without delay”.
