New Orleans Pelicans vs. LA Lakers: Game Review

The Lakers started to be strong, with a 10-3 lead, underlined in Jaxson Hayes Alley-oop. However, the Pelicans quickly found their pace, equalizing the score with a 10-10-10 run led by Jose Alvarado.

It was a fierce game since then, with the Pelicans keeping their momentum to finish the first quarter with a 30-25 run.

The Lakers slowly ran with the Pelicans’ shot put, and Jordan Goodwin’s driving layup gave the Lakers a 45-44 advantage.

From there, all Lakers finished halfway through 17-9, leading 62-53 at the end of the half. Luka Doncic and LeBron James both scored 13 points in the first half, Dalton Knecht added 12 points, while Austin Reaves contributed 11 points.

For the Pelicans, Alvarado led by 18 points.
