The Barclays Women’s Super League continues to be just as much off the pitch as it is on it, with fans now increasingly able to live, breathe and celebrate their favorite teams and players.
Panini has enjoyed great success with its official WSL sticker collection, distributing the inaugural album in 2023/24 which was well received and perfectly reflects the enormous thirst that exists in the cultural and collectible space for women’s club football.
Iconic Italian brand 2024/25 sticker collection released in November And now the much-loved Adrenalyn XL has gone a step further with the first WSL set of trading cards.
Women’s Professional League Limited (WPLL) Chief Executive Nikki Doucett said, “…our players celebrating in trading card form is another landmark moment for the women’s game.”
The Adrenalyn XL collection consists of 360 cards, including the must-have Golden Ballers. Five, including superstars Alessia Russo, Lauren James and Grace Clinton, are there to find out. Rising Star, Debut and Game Changer categories also celebrate the league’s breakthrough talent.
Super Stoppers, World Class, Adrenaline Rush, Midfield Engine and Defensive Rock are others, while there are also rare Crystal Crest cards and limited edition cards.

Katie Gritt, Panini’s head of sports marketing. “So now being able to bring this collecting fun to fans of the women’s game is another milestone achievement for the growth of the game.

Collectors can start their collection with a starter pack, which includes a binder, three packets, a limited edition card and a golden baller card.
