

The Constitution of the Constitution of South Korea on Friday was supported President Yoon Suk Yool’s impeachment Markial law developersvoting together to raise his office with the constitutional violation.

Yoon actions “violated the core principles of the law and democratic governance, thus harmed by the constitutional constitutional,” the judges said in their rule.
Yoon’s decision to send the armed soldiers to the parliament to a bid to prevent legislators to overthrow his order “breached political strengths and duties of supreme commandments.”
He set the troops for “political purposes”, the judges said, “cause soldiers who served in the country of security and deployment of the country facing ordinary citizens.”
“In the end, the unrealized actions and illegal actions of the respondent are a betrayal of people and an intense violation of the law that cannot be tolerated from the constitutional perspective,” the judges ruled.

Yoon is the second South Korean leader to continue in court after Park Geun-Hye in 2017.
After weeks of hearings, the judges spent more than one month who cares about the case, at all while public disturbance is flowing.
Police raised the alert at the highest possible level Friday, allowing deployment of their full force. Officers surrounded the court with a ring of vehicles and positioned special operations in neighborhood areas.
Anti-Yoon protesters weep, glad and shouted while the judge is announced. Others jumped and shook hands with each other with joy, while others were shaking people and wept.
Outside of Yoon habitat, his supporters are screamed and swear, that some tears as judge were notified.
Yoon, who defends his attempt at civilian rule if the “Anti-State Forces” is required, still commands the support of severe supporters.
At least two Yoon supports – one of his 70s and the other in his 50s – died after self-defying impeachment of controversial protest.
Embassies – including american, French, Russian and Chinese and are warned by citizens to avoid mass gatherings related to the judge on Friday.
The decision shows “first and most important strength in South Korea’s democracy,” Byunghwan son, professor of George Mason University, told AFP.
“The very fact that the system did not end suggest that the Korean democracy could survive even the worst challenge against it – a test of coup.”

South Korea spent four months since Yoon expressed no effective head of the state, because the opposition gave the Yoon Stance.
