The new zombies map isn’t the only deadly surprise coming from 115 Days of 2025. Black Ops 6 players can return to killing zombies (or their fellow humans) for six days twice XP action, as developer Treyarch announced that the latest double XP week will run from Wednesday, January 15th to Tuesday, January 21st.
Anyone who plays Black Ops 6 will have a universal double player XP, double weapon XP, double battle pass XP and double Gobblegum earning rate applied to their account during the event – what is called Treyarch’s “quad feed” for double XP weeks. The double battle pass XP boost will help any players who are lagging behind to get those last few levels they needed before. Black Ops 6 Season 2 begins on Tuesday, January 28.
The latest double XP week has started in Black Ops 6, which means you will earn double XP in any multiplayer game or Zombies game you are currently playing.
the Squid Game crossover event also runs as part of Black Ops 6 season 1 content cycleso players can take advantage of the double XP weekend to level up the new Cleaver melee weapon or try to claim some of the new Power Keg and Time Out Gobblegums added to the zombies earlier this week time.

When does Double XP Week start in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6?
During the event, players will benefit from double player and weapon XP and a double Gobblegum drop rate.
This double XP week is set to drop Wednesday, January 15, at 1 pm ET.

It’s worth starting your game first in your gaming session, if possible — like every Black Ops 6 patch, the update will require you to download new content and restart the application.
While this patch only adds double XP, it’s still worth preparing your game before you sit down to play. A larger upcoming patch will include The Tomb, the next zombie map to continue the Dark Aether saga.

The double XP week runs for six days, ends Tuesday, Jan. 21. Your double XP tokens will be unlocked again after this time.

Will Call of Duty Warzone have double XP this week?
Warzone players can also earn double player XP and double weapon XP during the event.
Call of Duty Warzone has a double XP week running concurrently with Black Ops 6. That means Warzone players can also benefit from double player XP and double weapon XP.
New players have the opportunity to level up the weapons they unlock from new and improved Warzone Armoryand returning players can continue to unlock new attachments for the suite of Black Ops 6 weapons added to Warzone.

No, there won’t be any double battle pass XP this week. In this double XP weekend, gamers can earn double player XP, double weapon XP and double Gobblegums in Zombies game mode.
What happens to double XP tokens during the double XP weekend?
