Tesla’s first trimester deliveries are reduced in the midst of the weak demand, the musc’s controversy


Tesla announced on Wednesday that her first quarter’s deliveries fell 13% in the midst of a decrease in the demand for consumer of electric vehicles (EVS) and the controversy surrounding the CEO Elon Musk’s Political involvement in the Trump administration.

The car maker delivered 336,681 vehicles in the first quarter, a decrease of 386,810 units a year ago. The expectations were for Tesla to deliver about 372,410 vehicles per quarter, based on an average estimate of 15 visible alpha analysts.

Tesla slow sales The company’s brand is under pressure on the lack of updates of its vehicle line in recent years, as well as Musk’s work with President Donald Trump and public support for similar political movements in other countries.

The protests have exploded in Tesla dealerships in the United States and Europe, as well as cases of vandalism from Tesla vehicles. The director of the FBI, Kash Patel, published in X that the incidents of the attacks on Tesla owners are treated as “domestic terrorism”.
