The Hague – The International Criminal Court takes steps to STAIDS STAFF from the possible sanctions of the US, as it flows into the war crimes that can burden the crimes of the War

The US House of Representatives voted this month to punish the court for issuing the governments Benjamin Neanyahu and his former defense minister in Israel’s campaign in Gaza.

The bill would impose sanctions on any foreigner who investigates, arrests, removes or prosecutes US citizens, or allied countries that are not members of the court. That includes Israel.

While the exact scope of sanctions and targets are not yet clear, the court is preparing for major financial violations, the sources who spoke to Reuters on the condition of anonymity, said.

One of the sources said that the evidence was backed up because of the fear of the Tech Tech Giant Microsoft (Nasdaq 🙂 should stop working in court.

The ICC told Reuters in an email that it would not comment on any internal measures that may have been taken to protect the organization and its staff.

Sponsors of the Bill say they want a vote as soon as possible, which could be next week, but lawmakers are busy confirming US officials with Donald Trump’s Administration.

This is the second time the court has faced retaliation against us as a result of its action. During the first Trump administration in 2020, Washington imposed sanctions on Det-Posecutory FoNou Bensou and one of his channels for withdrawing troops from the war in Afghanistan.

Any banks that have ties to the United States, or that conduct transactions in dollars, are expected to have to comply with the sanctions, limiting the ICC’s ability to conduct financial transactions.

The 125-member ICC is a permanent court that can prosecute people for war crimes, crimes against humanity and attacks against the territory of member states or their nationals. The United States, China, Russia and Israel are not members.

Last December, the president of the Court, Judge Tomoko Akane, warned that the sanctions “will quickly prioritize the operation of the court in all circumstances and cases, and endanger its existence”.
