A federal judge Rules Thursday That a case attempt to stop the Department of Office Effectiancy from taking records of millions of Americans will continue.
The Privacy Frontier Foundation and two labor unions are accompanied by the Privacy, Over 100 Federal employees Sued Doe, US Office of Personnel Management (OPM), and Elon Mok in February.
The government filed a gesture, but on Thursday the judge denied that movement.
The suit is trying to block OPM from revealing records to make as well as dog agents. It also wants any information shared to return. This judgment does not mean that the case oneself results in victory for those who accuses, but it is allowed to continue.
