Star Wars fans all know the Tragedy of Anakin SkywalkerAnd look at all those things, the possibilities of the path that pushed him down the path of the dark side. What if she meets the right person, feels a different way about something? Was he always destined to be darth vader no matter what? Well, Bandai’s Latest Digital Ped isn’t the tool to answer those kind of questions about a real character, but that doesn’t stop it from being cute, dammit.
In celebration of the new “power of Lucasfilm” Chand Campaign, io9 is your first look at Bandai’s latest Star Wars Tamagotchi, which joins the previous one R2-D2 and Grok devices that none other than Darth relied on himself. Starting with an Anakin, it’s for you as a guardian of a small sprite based on the Jedi how you can influence his transformation into Darth Vader. You can feed him, train him with lightsaber drills or duels, or let him play a whole host of characters from the movies (hopefully not wattafter last week’s news) to finally shape how the selection fell into the dark, with 10 potential vaders he could grow.
You tried Star Wars Darth Vader Tamagotchi
As well as raising your own little Sith, the vader Tamagotchi also sports sequential renditions of 12 iconic scenes from Star Wars movies, and also accompanies a quintet of miniames to time away from: as well as the aforementioned lightsaber training, there is a Star Wars Letter Hunt, a BIG IN THE HEART OF THE PEOPLE OF THE PEOPLE TRACH RUN If that not enough, the lazy theme of vader-teser with a special silicone case for storage, which is like vader’s own vader, inside a smaller vader, inside a lot more!
Bandai’s Darth Vader Tamagotchi will cost $30, and is set to be released this March—You Can on the way to Amazon to order one’s self.
