The son of former player Brett Gardner died of carbon monoxide, the officials say


Miller Gardner, a 14-year-old son of longtime player Yankees Brett Gardner, died of carbon monoxide poisoning, while he was on vacation with his family last month last month, Costa Ratican authorities said on Thursday.
