Top French chef puts a new turn on the traditional Easter egg




Spring is in the air, and one of the most important moments of the season here in France is Easter. As in many countries, Christian vacation in France has long been associated with chocolate. This is the second largest chocolate industry season after Christmas. Total, the French eat an average of 12.5 pounds or about 25 pounds of chocolate per household each year!
