
The Prime Minister’s office has requested a high -level meeting to evaluate the reciprocal tariffs of United States President Donald Trump. Trump, calling India’s decision “very hard”, imposed a 27 percent rate.
Government sources told Business Today TV that the PMO has requested a meeting, chaired by the Prime Minister of the Prime Minister, PK Mishra, to evaluate the situation. High officials of the Ministry of Commerce, Niti Ayog, and others, according to the PMO.
The meeting comes when Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrives in Thailand for a two -day visit to attend the sixth Summit of Bimstec.
