BEIJING — China’s Vice Premier Ding Xuexiang warned there are “no winners” in the trade war as the world’s second-largest economy faces the possibility of tariffs under the incoming Donald Trump administration.

“There is no way out for protectionism. (There are no winners in trade wars,” Ding Junhui said in a speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, on Tuesday, according to an official English translation.
