Blue Label Aviation claims McDaniel used his position in the company to access his credit card and bank accounts.
In June, company CEO Timothy Fischer faced with McDaniel for $120,000 inappropriate fees. McDaiel admitted to using the money and paid off $50,000.
Fischer learned in December that McDaniel “expanded the use of personal fees for the company’s credit card and bank accounts” and charged $160,000 in personal fees.
McDaniel faced it again in January and had the opportunity to resign in exchange for abandoning the company’s shares and returning the company’s credit card, the lawsuit said. McDaniel replied that he wanted time to consult a lawyer but raised more unauthorized charges that led to McDaniel’s dismissal.

“Fischer has since continued to observe that the company’s credit card is making new non-business-related charges,” the lawsuit said.
