Zelensky offers the return of captured North Korean soldiers in exchange for Ukrainian prisoners of war




Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Sunday that he is ready to hand over two captured North Korean soldiers to their homeland in exchange for the release of Ukrainian prisoners of war held by Russia.
