The $800 Inner VR Explorer is a swiveling VR chair that actually helps common VR issues like motion sickness because “the signals from your inner ear match what your brain expects from visual cues.” Engadget’s Cheyenne MacDonald tried it out and said, while a bit noisy at first, the chair doesn’t give you that unsettling feeling of the ground shifting beneath you. And, after the demo ended, he didn’t get that typical wobbly leg feeling of returning to real life and ditching his headset.
