Chief Minister: Jorginho – The experienced midfielder has entered the final few months of his Arsenal career and his starts will be few and far between before the summer. Jorginho has slowed down in recent outings, but the preferred #6 option could be saved for next Wednesday.
Chief Minister: Mikel Marino – Another summer arrival who did not feature in midweek, Merino started against Brighton last weekend and is a strong contender to come in for Declan Rice.
Chief Minister: Martin Odegaard – Odegaard has been off the pace since Bukayo Saka succumbed to injury and there is no doubt that Arsenal need more of their creative talisman.
RW: Raheem Sterling – Sterling He returned to the bench in midweek after recovering from a knee injury and this is a good chance for Arteta to experiment with another Saka option.
ST: Gabriel Jesus – Kai Havertz somehow made it through 90 minutes last weekend after missing the Brentford and Brighton games through illness, but he doesn’t need to start here with Jesus available.
LW: Gabriel Martinelli – Arsenal’s left-back options have struggled this term, with supporters suggesting that Arteta is simply choosing the lesser of two evils by opting for Martinelli over Leandro Trossard.
