The Reds, who travel to Brentford on Saturday, have been the best team in England and Europe this season, having lost just two of their 31 games in all competitions.

The Dutchman says Liverpool, who have drawn their last two games, are not paying attention to the Premier League table “every moment”.
Diogo Jota will not be able to face Brentford after saying he was feeling unwell after scoring a cameo against Nottingham Forest. 1-1 draw midweek.
Slaughter downplayed suggestions that fellow forward Darwin Nunez lacked confidence.
The Uruguayan doesn’t start often, scoring just four goals in 26 appearances in all competitions this season.
“To me, that’s the life of a forward. Sometimes you score. Sometimes you don’t,” Slaughter said. “And he hasn’t started every game.
“The most important thing for me is that we as a team can score goals in every game except Tottenham (in the Carabao Cup) and (nottingham Forest earlier this season).
“So what that tells me is that we have a lot of goals as a team. Darwin is going to score goals, just like he’s done for this club and he’s going to continue to do that. But I don’t see him struggling that much.”
