At least 11 people have died — five in the Palisades fire and six in the Eaton fire, according to the LA County medical examiner’s office. Officials said they expect that number to rise as cadaver dogs search flattened neighborhoods and crews assess the devastation in an area larger than San Francisco. France 24’s Wassim Cornet reports.
