Is DEI dying? Here’s the list of companies that have rolled back “woke” policies.


Most large American corporations still have it Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) programs, but the list of companies that have recently pushed back on so-called “woke” initiatives continues to grow.

A multitude of companies announced cuts to their DEI programs last year after pressure from activists, and the trend has continued through 2025.

Robby Starbuckthe anti-awakening activist and filmmaker who has taken credit for the campaign’s success pressuring companies to end DEI programs, said he has no plans to end his mission anytime soon.
