Israel delays ceasefire in Gaza after failing to provide names of prisoners

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said a ceasefire in Gaza would not begin until Hamas released the names of Israeli prisoners to be released in the first phase of the truce. Palestinian organizations said the delay was due to technical reasons.
