Keyshawn Davis goes head-to-head with Shakur Stevenson to make drama

Keyshawn Davis took to Instagram today to post a photo of him squaring off against best friend Shakur Stevenson, asking fans if they wanted to see the fight . WBC lightweight champion Shakur has already said this week that he will “no way” It doesn’t cost much to fight Keyshawn.

photo opportunity

In the face-off, Keyshawn looked like a big welterweight standing next to the normal-sized lightweight Stevenson. I don’t know how Davis made it to 135, but I understand why he chose to fight at this weight class. It was an easy choice given his welterweight frame.

Keyshawn (12-0, 8 KOs) is just using false hype to get people talking about him. Next month, he will face WBO lightweight champion Dennis Belinchik on February 14 at the Hula Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The event will be broadcast live on ESPN+. There’s no controversy surrounding the Davis-Belinczyk matchup because fans aren’t interested in it. Keyshawn picked the weakest link to fight for the world title instead of showing the courage to go after other champions.

a fight that won’t happen

It’s a shame Keyshawn and Shakur won’t be competing as that means there will be an undisputed lightweight champion while the two share the same division and refuse to mix. This is assuming Keyshawn can capture the WBO title against Belinchik, because if he loses the fight against the weakest link, he will never win a world title at 135 years old. Keyshawn has already looked strong at lightweight, like a true welterweight.

I can understand his hustle, doing his best against smaller guys at 135 instead of Jalen “Butz” Ennis at 147. Keyshawn doesn’t stand a chance against Butz, and maybe the other belt holders in the welterweight division don’t stand a chance either. He is like a fish that can only exist in certain waters. You take a fish out of its habitat and it cannot exist. That’s Keyshawn to a T.

“Is this what you want?” Keyshawn Davis said on Instagram about the fight between him and friend Shakur Stevenson.

Belinchik Challenge

“I’m not getting love on Valentine’s Day. I’m going out there and getting a knockout. Belinchyk, you’re a great fighter,” Keyshawn Davis said in his speech Zhong said. Youtube channel to talk about his fight against WBO lightweight champion Dennis Belinchik next month on ESPN+ on February 14th.

“I’m going to knock him out. You know what I’m doing. It’s going to be a great win.” Businessman. “Thanks to Berinchyk for giving me this opportunity, right? He gave me the opportunity to face a big check. We’re all going to walk away happy. The play will open at MSG at the Hula Theater on February 14.” Day Weiss said.
