Liverpool confirm date for rearranged Merseyside derby against Everton


Liverpool have confirmed that last month’s canceled Merseyside derby has been rescheduled for Wednesday 12 February.

The Reds were scheduled to make the short trip to Everton in early December, just for this one Adjournment fixture Merseyside Police advised against non-essential travel following severe weather warnings.

Both sides are working with a game on their opponents but when will things be tied next month Liverpool Again a trip to Goodison Park a stone’s throw away.

Liverpool also sit top of the Premier League, having opened up an impressive lead over the likes of Nottingham Forest, Arsenal and Chelsea despite having played a game less than those around them.

Everton, meanwhile, have Just welcomed David Moyes back to the dugout As they climb away from the relegation zone. Toffee is currently a point clear at the time of the announcement.
