Macron and Scholz met in Paris as Trump threatens European tariffs




French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz met in Paris on Wednesday to consolidate their approach on Ukraine and economic issues as US President Donald Trump threatened Europe with new tariffs, saying the EU was “very, very bad to us”.
