In the recent matches in Australia, Rohit scored just 31 runs in five innings and the upcoming domestic matches provide an opportunity for Rohit to find his rhythm ahead of future international matches.

Why Rohit Sharma plays in Ranji Trophy 2024-25?

The BCCI’s recent directive that centrally contracted players must play in domestic tournaments unless they face health issues played a role in Rohit’s decision to play in the tournament.
