Sudanese army says she broke the siege of military headquarters




The Sudan Army Command surrounded paramilitary forces for fast support (RSF) at the beginning of the war in April 2023. On Friday, the army announced that it had broken the siege. The war between the RSF and the army killed about 26,000 people and displaced more than 12 million in what the UN calls the world’s largest crisis of internal displacement.
