The judge pauses the Trump Administration Federal Federal Financing Freezing


A federal judge stopped on Tuesday at the Trump Administration Management and Memory Office, which aimed to freeze funding on various federal programs.

The Judge of the North District -American, Loren Alikhan, in the District of Columbia, a judge designated by former President Joe Biden, imposed an administrative stay on Tuesday afternoon, stopping the Trump administration’s action.

Alikhan ordered the pause of disbursements to be kept until February 3 at 5 pm

During a virtual court hearing, Alikhan listened to a lawyer at the Justice Department and a plaintiff’s lawyer, as the deadline for federal funding was reduced.

A federal judge stopped the Trump administration’s temporary financing freezing.

“I think there is the irreparable damage viewer,” said Alikhan.

Alikhan scheduled a full temporary containment order of February 3 at 11 am

At the beginning of the day, the Secretary of the Press of the White House Karoline Leavitt He clarified that federal grants and loans would not affect individual assistance directly to the North -Americans.
