Clubs from the Premier League and Bundesliga are reportedly in Tracking Liverpool midfielder Harvey Elliott amid a struggle for minutes under Arne Slott.
The 21-year-old missed two months of the season with a broken leg but has failed to carve out a significant role since his return. In his seven Premier League appearances so far this year, Elliott has accumulated just 43 minutes.
Sky Sports News State Elliott’s fringe roles have drawn attention across Europe. Brighton & Hove Albion and Borussia Dortmund have both been named as suitors but a number of sides across the continent are believed to be ready to monitor his future development.
Asked about his feelings towards Elliott, Slott insisted he is a big fan of the midfielder but has struggled to find minutes for him. LiverpoolThis season has a narrow margin of victory, which he claimed makes it difficult to turn to players who are not at their best.
“He’s a talented player,” Slott emphasized. “He’s been there for us for so long. He’s been coming in a lot in recent weeks and getting his minutes there, but as it is for him, as it is for everyone else, they’re competing with a lot of other good players.
“He was very unlucky to get it after two matches injuredWas out for a long time. And from what I’ve seen so far, with almost all of our players who have been out for a long time, in this league, at this tempo, at this intensity, and the quality that we have, other teams have, to come back and immediately be at your best. Not so easy to be.
“I see this not only with Harvey, I see this with almost all the other players who are out for five, six, seven or eight weeks. That’s the balance we have to find, giving them playing time. Their best level but Yet every game is winnable.
“Our margin is consistently small. If you’re up 5-0, you can give players who have been out a half-hour or a half-hour or even longer. But that’s how we win or win. . That’s why our games so far, if we were a little unlucky once or twice, we could draw a game or lose a game.”
